Hi
I'm making audio/video recordings of chord sequences - strings of minim chords, in fact.
The MIDI plays the notes for their full minim duration, but nobody plays like that and it sounds terrible.
Is there to tell Finale to stop the note at, say, nine tenths of its duration? So I don't have to load it into another programme to adjust it?
Thanks in advance

The MIDI Tool has some options for this. Also, Human Playback does some randomizing in this area. You can apply HP to hardwire the data, instead of doing it on the fly. Then, when you export the MIDI file, it reflects this randomization, which should be more realistic.
