Hyperscribe problem

I want to play on my keyboard and hyperscribe the score, but after connecting and setting the device, if I mark the first staff it should start counting off an begin to record, but this doesn't happen.
The metronome is not playing an no notes are scribed down.according to the YouTube movies it should work like this.
I record with a focusrite clarett 2 pre.
Can anyone help me, because finale help doesn't support me, because this version is from 2012.
