I have a xylophone part that causes the fader on the Aria player to drop right before the part begins. Unfortunately, it makes the part too soft. I've tried searching for Controller 7 or 11 messages in the part, but don't see any. Is there a way to override the controller messages to the Aria mixer?

Are you checking with the MIDI Tool? Have you tried the Clear function. You need to choose Controller 7 first, then use Clear to get rid of any Controller 7 messages.

Yes, I'm using the MIDI tool and looking specifically for controller #7, but I don't see any. I know some instruments use Expression (#11) for dynamic control, so I checked that as well, but no luck.
