Hello all,

I'm using Finale 2014 on Windows 10 and I noticed that although I have put slurs into my arrangement, it is not playing back through VST, although it was initially working; it simply plays the notes without articulation. I am using NotePerformer 3 to playback through VST and I've set up the sound mapping with NP3 at the top. One reason it might have stopped playing articulations through VST is because one time while trying out plugins I used Chord Analysis, then subsequently deleted the symbol it produced at the top of the score.

I'm a beginner at this program.

Since we are not given all the needed information, I must ask: what is the chosen Human Playback Style?

The playback style is set to Standard.

did you reassign the sounds to NP3?

if the instruments are Garritan, but you have a NP3 technique set, you will get this type of conflict.
User of Finale since version 3.0 on Windows.
Now using a mix of Finale 2012, Finale 25, and 26.1
GPO, Garritan Solo Stradivari violin, Gofriller Solo Cello.
XSamples Chamber Ensemble.
Absolute convert to NotePerformer3.
