I'm trying to get different dynamics in the various passes of a repeat section. I create a copy of the forte expression and set the Play Only on Pass option in the Playback tab. It works for MIDI playback, but when I choose Play Through Audio Units, the expression seems to be executed in all passes.
I know that I can mute a voice conditionally by means of an expression that selects an unused channel but that doesn't really help me. Is there a workaround for my problem?

Sorry. I wasn't paying close attention. I find Velocity works for MIDI but Volume works for Audio Units.

Thanks, Zuill. I think that I know what you mean by 'Volume'. I tried it by making an expression that sets controller #7 to value 80 for pass 2, and another that resets to 100 after the repeat. It works as expected.
I'm new to using the controllers directly, so I will have to do some more experimenting in order to find a way of working with this. I need to find the right levels, and I have to find out how to use controller #7 together with the default dynamic expressions that use Key Velocity. Should I redefine these to use the Volume controller rather than Key Velocity?
