Maybe someone could share some insight.
I'm trying to MIDI-sync Finale with a DAW (DAW as 'Timegiver', Finale as recipient). I get it about halfway working then get stuck.
The configurations are in the pics.
Here's the issue. If 'press play' in DAW, Finale catches play. It plays in the metronome tempo set in DAW but after about 6-8 beats, Finale falls into a rallentando 'ad absurdum', then crashes.
The behavior is the same in Cubase and Logic.
I think that Finale somehow loses the sync after the play and 'goes off on its own'.
Any ideas?

is HP set to None? Also, there's a checkbox in Finales playback settings, but I don't see that in the pictures you posted. Have you set that properly?

HP? I have not. I still get the same behavior setting HP to none, though.
Do you mean the "Scrolling Playback" option? That one is off, already
I tried it on different files and all behave the same way.
