changing where the playback begins

Other than using the forward and backward arrow, I cannot find a way to start the playback on a measure other than measure #1. Please advise. I am using Finale PrintMusic 25.5.0.290.

There is no PrintMusic 25. The last version of PM was in 2014.

If you are using Finale 25, you can set the playback range in the Playback Control panel. You can either specify a measure, or use Playback from Leftmost Measure (great in scroll view.)

Whether you can type a measure number in the playback controls depends on the Playback Region setting (Current counter setting will enable the control).
