Synchronizing the time of the VSTI arpeggiators to tempo marks

Guys, how do I synchronize U-he Zebra (or any VSTI) arpeggiator's time with tempo marks chosen in the Finale?
I ask, because I always end up stuck to the time that is already configured in the preset. I think this should be easy to do, but I don't know how myself.
