My hard drive crashed and I needed to get another. After I reloaded finale it no longer defaults to the Aria Player instead it defaults to the SmartMusic. So I did some checking and Garritan does not show up as an option in the Sound Map Priority Dialog - only SmartMusic.
I do have my default vst folder and Finale on a separate drive. So maybe that has something to do with it.
I can find Aria Player and all my other vst's in the instrument list, but it doesn't show up in the Sound Map Priority Dialog.

On one of the Make Music support pages (the one that has solutions to common problems), there is a discussion of how to reinstall Garritan Libraries. There are some downloadable files that seem to be necessary.
