Yes, i'm using slurs and not ties but I hear minimal if at all legato phrasing on slurred passages. Is there a trick to this? The help for older versions shows a slur option in human playback but it's not present in v25.

Interpret Slurs is the top checkbox in the default Maestro document ion v25. I'm not saying checking that will make any difference. However, it is an option. Why you don't see that option is a mystery. Maybe we need to check the file on our systems to see if it is there for us.

I think hearing slurs may depend on what instrument you are using. With Oboe, for example, I hear a difference. So, I can't say it is ineffective for all instruments. Maybe we need to see a sample file which is misbehaving.

P.S.: I hear the slurs in the attached file. See if they work for you.
