Dear All - I am having multiple problems with playback on a new brass/perc. score, using a combination of NP3 Brass and GPO Percussion...

Some individual notes not playing back in 4th tpt, 4th bone, timp, and all 3 drums;
Playback won't start unless from beginning of score;
minimal response to dynamic markings in percussion parts (which is a problem I've had with many other, but not all, scores.)

I assume I've messed something up as usual, but (also as usual) can't find it! First few measures attached. At least on my system, all of the problems above are evident.

NB - I purposely use the concert-tom sampled roll without articulation; that way, I get the sampled 'loose' roll straight rather than the buzz roll GPO creates.

Thanks to any and all who might have insight!!

fin 25 running on win 10 using direct sound drivers. (and BTW, I have yet to figure out how to get ASIO4all to work.)

PS - I am also forwarding this to Arne...

Update...
At Arne's suggestion, I cleared out the embedded (HP?) midi data. This eliminated most all of my text expressions, but everything is playing back now. We'll see what happens as I add them back in.
