Hello!
I am having an issue with playback. I have set the playback type to Swing in the playback dialogue box inside of a tempo mark. When I enter music using simple entry and play it back, the swing works perfectly. When I then copy that section of music to a different stave, it plays back as straight instead of swing. Additionally, it doesn't happen every time. For some staves/instrument, the copy/paste works perfectly and the playback is swing.
Any suggestions are much appreciated! Thanks!
Swing does not transfer when copying with Mass Edit Tool

Hi Zuill,
Thank you for your reply. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by score list settings. Are you talking about where you check the scores/parts to determine where the expression will display?

Yes. There is a glitch with Swing playback in that only the top staff will swing unless the Score List has all the staves checked (piano and other 2 staff instruments generally only need the top of the 2 stave checked) for PARTS. That is something MakeMusic confirmed many versions ago. It is still an unfixed "bug", but the workaround seems to be a good one.

I tried checking all the boxes in the Part and Score column, but that did not fix the issue. Is there another workaround by chance? Thank you!
