Garritan won't playback very high notes

I have some very high flute notes but they are within the normal range of good flutists, however on playback Garritan (or Finale?) plays them down an octave. Is there a setting where I can take care of this, in order to hear the actual pitches on playback? Thanks! (Note: the notes were originally in yellow, and I researched it and found that I had the setting for "intermediate"....once I clicked "advanced," the yellow went away.....but the playback issue remains.)

Hey, I deleted that post almost immediately, I was hoping nobody would see it. The next time I did a playback it just played it correctly so it's no problem. But thank you anyway for responding.
