Playback won't allow me to choose the measure number from where I can have it start playback.

On my Windows 10 laptop, Finale won't allow me to choose the measure number from where I can have it start playback.

Any ideas? Thanks!

First, you have to choose the option related to that in Playback Settings. Edit: Choose Current Counter Setting.
