Playback tempo uneven and bumpy

Dear Forum

I' m on Mac Book Pro 2012, High Sierra 10.13.6.
Finale 25.5

I only do very short pieces, piano sheets.
I always playback with midi via bluetooth. My keyboard does the sound.

The playback tempo is uneven. Sometimes it's quicker for just a couple of notes, or slower. No rule. Sometimes it's ok. Sometimes I can just feel it's not all right, subtle variations making it all unpleasant to listen to.

I've shut down all other apps.
My activity monitor (Mac) says FInale uses 100% of processor.


Can you help me ?

If the playback tempo is even without HP, then HP is the cause. Make a test and see what happens.
