No Sound on Finale 2014.5

Hi there,

I have just encountered the problem with no sound on my Finale 2014.5 for play back or as I type notes. Even with ALT+SPACE BAR, it doesn't produce the sound. My OS is MacOS 10.12.6. My laptop is MacBook Pro Early 2011 model and it's working very well with other programs I have.

So far I have restarted my laptop multiple times, but no luck. The only thing I have changed since the last time when it worked normally is deleting Flash Player.

If you can help with me this problem, I appreciate it greatly. Thanks

Do you have sound in other programs?

Have you tried recreating the Preference file?
