Wanting to increase volumes on the faders in the MIDI -VST Banks & Effects / Mixer Window...
While The Score Is Playing - I move them up & down - the faders reflect the up & down volume changes just fine -
I hit STOP -
Hit PLAY again ...
They Move Back To Where They Were Initially...
Went to the Human Playback window & changed the Midi Data From Ignore, to Incorporate Data ... Nothing Changed... Gotta be missing a "SAVE " Button Somewhere ??

The fader will return to the spot that reflects the number you have set in the Score manager. If it is set to 127 there, the fader slider will jump to the top. If 0, it will jump to the bottom. If you find a level that works for you, then change the Score manager number. This can be done in Studio View or the regular mixer as well. The Aria player will reflect those numbers.

I do need to mention that if there is MIDI Volume data recorded into the Staff, that will be realized by the Aria Player, and will cause the slider to move in accordance with that.

Are you still using 2012? If not, which version? I will create a demo file to show you how the MIDI data moves the slider.

Followup: I tested this in Finale 2011 and 2012, and the faders don't respond to the channel volume setting or the MIDI Data. In 2014 and beyond, they do.
