Tempo Slows Down When Meter Changes

Here's another issue I've encountered since upgrading to 26 that I never dealt with before:
I'm working on transcribing a drum set part that has a lot of changes in meter, from 4/4 to 3/4, 4/4 to 7/8, to 5/4, and so on.
Whenever I play back the part, the tempo changes when it encounters one of the new meters other than 4/4. In 4/4, all is well, but anything other than 4/4 is off. Most of the measures play back slower, but there are bars of 2/4 and 5/4 in the midst of groups of 7/8 bars that are actually playing back faster.
I've tried looking through a few settings but nothing seems obvious - Human Playback is selected as "none."
Thanks in advance...

Sorry to be out of touch for a bit...
I appreciate the responses. I've never done a "clear MIDI data" before - it was never necessary in previous versions so it wasn't something I thought to do. I'll try that ASAP and let you know how it went. if that fails, I'll attach the file.
Thanks again.

OK, clearing MIDI Data did nothing.
I've attached the file.

This may be closer.

P.S.: Nothing to do with MIDI data.

Wow - yep, that did it. So what did you do to fix it? I'd love to be able to make sure I can get this right for all future charts. Thank you!

I waited until I made sure the result was what was needed. I figured that if the playback wasn't what was needed, I would wait for the OP's feedback, and then try to get the result right. Since it sounds like what was needed, then the answer can be given.
Basically, Independent Time Signature was checked in Staff Attributes. It took me a while to find that, as I was looking other places. I went into Studio View early on and saw that the Tempo Tap (top staff) was in 4/4 all the way. That was odd. It should have changed as the Percussion Staff changed. So, I had to keep poking around. When looking in Staff Attributes, I saw Independent Time Signature Checked. Odd. Only one staff, so why? I unchecked that. However, that created a new problem. All the measures that had other time signatures were now either underfilled or overfilled measures, as everything was now 4/4. I didn't want to have to print out the original file and then recreate the changing signatures, so I relied on Jari's JW Meter and Rhythm plugin to automatically detect the TS for each of the measures where the meter had changed when Independent Time Signature had been selected. I am curious as to why Independent Time Signatures was selected.

This is bad news, because I never "selected" anything. I started with a drum set template that I've had since Finale 2014 that never, EVER had an issue like this. Something seems to have changed in the upgrade.
I don't want to have to rely on some outside plugin to solve an issue like this. Maybe I'll create a new drum set template and see if it does the same thing. If it does, I'm going to have to reconsider having done this upgrade.
Thanks for sharing.

Does your template have Independent Time Signature selected in Staff Attributes? If you want, we can check the template for you to see what might be up.

I've abandoned the old 2014 template and have created a new one from scratch. The new one works fine and has no issues with meter changes at all, everything stays at the same tempo.
Out of curiosity, though, I'll take a look at both and see whether "Independent etc" has been selected in either one.
