Exporting MIDI from Logic Express to Finale

Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone has had the following problem:

I record MIDI information into Logic Express from a USB keyboard. I then want to export that MIDI data from Logic Express into Finale. I can export the MIDI from Logic without any problem - I select the MIDI tracks and choose "Export Selected MIDI" (or whatever it is) from the File menu.
I then go into Finale, and open the MIDI file (from the "File" menu). An error message comes up saying something like, "Incorrect MIDI format (256)".
Am I doing something wrong?
