Issue with Audio Track synch

Hello,
I recently was asked to do an electro-acoustic piece and figured I'd just make the score using the insert audio feature and make sure everything lines up that way. All is well until about m. 80 and then suddenly the piece (which was written in 4/4 q=108) has the downbeat sounding somewhere in the last beat of the previous measure. Everything up to this point has been in synch but suddenly out of no where it is out of synch with the audio track. Has any one else had this issue? (I don't know if it helps but the program I used for the electronic part was Ableton 10)
