Issues With Quad Toms Sounds

Hello,
I currently have a project where I am using the Quad Toms instrument, and the high, low-mid, and floor-tom 1 sounds are working just fine, but there is absolutely no playback on the floor-tom 2 both when I am inputting notes on the stave and when I am playing the audio back. I have never tried the quad toms before, so maybe I am doing something wrong, but any help would be appreciated
