Tempo playback slower

Although I change tempo playback remains always the same, a slow tempo

In the Selection tool, Select all, then go to Edit/Clear Selected Items, click None, then MIDI data.

I usually just delete Expressions/Tempo Marks when it becomes unresponsive and puts out the same Tempo no matter the marking.
