I'm trying to make some adjustments to the mixer for playback balance to create an mp3 performance of a piece. The problem is that the only way I know to find the level of a particular track is to move the volume slider which is then showing a number where you moved it to, not where it was.

I want to make some small adjustments, but without knowing what the starting volume number is, I can't know how much I've moved it.

Is there any action that reveals the level of a track (or all the tracks) without having to bump the sliders?

I'm using Finale 26.0.1.706 on a Macbook Pro with Mojave 10.14.6

Thanks,

Peter

The Mixer shows Levels.
