Articulations Won't Playback in Finale 25.5

Hello All,
Several of my articulations including drum rolls, doubles and trills won't play back in my newer Finale program. Has anyone here experienced similar problems? Any fixes?

Make sure Human Playback is turned on in the playback options.

How do I get to the playback options? I found the playback/record options but can't find a human playback box to check..

I got to the Playback Settings and scrolling playback is checked and human playback is set to Standard. I can't find an on or off box there. So sorry for my ineptitude lol. The rolls still aren't playing back.

No on/off button: one of the choices besides Standard is None.
Are you using the funky new fonts? Perhaps that's the problem--Human Playback recognizes ornaments from the position in the font table. You'd think they would have tested it with the new fonts, but you never know.

I seriously doubt it. Is 2014 your version (per your signature)? If you can upload your file here or otherwise make it available (Dropbox, etc.), I can try it for you.
