Articulations turned off after playback

Started having a strange issue yesterday. I've been scoring a piece for a few days without issue, then suddenly yesterday this weirdness started. At some point, articulations like staccati stopped playing back. I quit finale without saving, rebooted the PC, and when I opened the file again it played back normally, but then going to play it a second time the articulations were gone again, like something was turning them off during playback. I saved the file this time and rebooted, etc, and this playback behavior had been saved. I cleared midi data and it played back normally again, but then again, on playing back a second time, the issue returned. I'm at a loss as to what's causing this. Windows 10, latest version of finale, latest version of NotePerformer. Any insights would be appreciated. Unfortunately the zipped file is too large to attach.
