New Garritan Library not Showing up in Aria

I just purchased the Garritan Pipe Organ library and can't get it to appear in Aria Player. A Google search says it's caused by not using the administrator account, but I only have one account, and it already is the administer account.
I have the latest version of Finale and Windows 11. Aria Player shows it's up to date, but clicking on Engine Update brings up a box that says I have an "unreleased version".
Any ideas?
