Finale changes the plug-in volume on playback

How do I tell Finale to leave the volume knob alone in the Kontakt plug-in?
Every time I start playback Finale changes the volume set in the Kontakt plug-in to -5.7 dB.

The dial is probably responding to CC7 data coming from Finale. Set the volume in Finale, using the sliders for the VST or Audio Unit.

Do you mean this slider? That one doesn't work.
Or rather: I can change the volume but the volume in the Kontakt plug-in still "lives its own life".

I got help from the support.
Setting the human playback style to none solved the issue.
