Speedy Entry Note Preview Issue

Hello Everyone!

I am currently running the most up-to-date version of Finale 27 on Windows 10 64 bit.

While using Speedy Entry in a full orchestral score I'm working on, no matter which instrument I have selected, only the Oboe sound is being used for the "audio preview" before you actually enter a note. This is all well and good until I get to notes outside of the oboe's range.

Are there any ideas regarding what the issue may be? I've already tried unchecking / rechecking "Playback" in the Speedy menu. Thank you so much in advance!

Look here. You probably want "Smart," which refers to playing the sound of the instrument being entered.

Oh my gosh, yep that was it! So weird that it even got switched over to the other thing - probably while I was noodling around trying to get ReWire to work properly, haha!
