Hello,
do you know some sort of plugin to use for Finale which helps to manipulate CC values? Dorico or DAWs usually have a graphical interface, a track in which you can manipulate selected CC-Values parallel to the score. Does something like this exist for Finale?
It is imo an important tool.

No. I don't even know if the plug-in framework would be able to provide that functionality.
MIDI Editing is just one area where Finale's tools have not been updated in decades, while other apps have implemented powerful useful functions.
