Percussion Playback Issues

I am running Finale 2007 and I am currently working on a march. I have a timpani part, a bells part, and a general percussion part, consisting of snare bass and crash cymbal. When I use playback, I am noticing that not all of the notes in these staves are being played. I suppose the problem could be in other staves as well, but it is only noticeable in the percussion parts. It sounds like certain notes are having midi conflicts with other notes, but I could be totally wrong. Any ideas on how to fix this?
