Help setting up my new Korg M3 with finale

Is there a learned soul out there who may bu change use a Korg M3 with finale (2008) for notation entry & playback who might be able to help with my setup?

I have finale playing through the M3 but instruments are wrong and mixed up. Also I can't seem to get all the instruments (that I know are in the M3) to show on my list of selectable instruments in finale.

I am as you may have guessed a novice on a very very steep learning curve.
