Static noises in aiff format saved files

When playing Finale GPO files (saved in format .aiff) through iTunes I notice a lot of static noises (scratches, pops, crackles, etc) which however do not appear in the same files when playing thru Finale playback.

Could someone tell me how can I improve the playback's sound quality ?
