Human Playback Problem

I looked in the forums for this problem, but could not locate a post.

Although I like the GPO instruments quite a lot, I am using Finale 2008 with an external Roland module most of the time.

I have noticed a problem recently. If I use Human Playback (HP), my system will often change the instrument I have my module set to. I watched and it appears to occur just when the first note is played - even if I start with a couple blank measures. I've never experienced this before on previous Finale releases (though I never used HP on previous versions). Additionally, this does not happen unless HP is enabled. Without it, everything functions normally. This is a little bothersome as I rather enjoy the way HP incorporates dynamics and articulations.

Anybody have an idea what to do or what's causing this? Better yet, anyone have a real fix to this issue? I thought the HP feature was supposed to function independent of the GPO, but it is exhibiting some symptoms of malfunction.
