Finale 2009: Not recognizing midi input correctly

Hi,

I just upgraded from '07 - '09 and when I step input with my midi keyboard (which I've been using with Finale for several years) Finale frequently gets the pitch wrong or sometimes places a rest instead of a pitch. I have to go back and redo the note (sometimes twice) to get it right. Anyone having the same problem?

Edit: And yes, I did apply the update to 2009b.

Edit: Well, somehow the problem has resolved itself. Perhaps turning off my midi keyboard and turning it back on did the trick.
