How do you create a program change?
I want to try the same music line (one a single stave) with different sounds
without having to copy it to another stave...I just want to select a new instrument...possibly with a program change?
Cheers

Use Text Expressions, they can be defined to have a effect on playback:
- Create a text expression ("flute", "alto sax", "patch 33", whatever).
- In the"Text Expression Designer" window :
Click on "Show Playback options" to see more options
- Playback Options > Type > Patch
- Define your patch.
- Then, place that text expression (attached to a measure or to a note) in your staff.
NB : these expressions can be hidden if you don't want to see them in your printed score.
