New Synth question

Just picked up a Roland SK-88Pro. I love it! Only problem is I have not worked out how to send alternate options from Finale to the synth. Channels 1-16 and 17-32 all work with the capital sounds (as roland refers to the normal MIDI instruments) and I can assign any of the alternatives via the synth controls. What I can't figure out is how to get Finale (2004) to send the MIDI numbers for all the alternative sounds available. Hope someone can help me! I'm sure Finale camnn do it somehow. All other MIDI info works like normal and I'm having a ball!
