Not really understanding how Kontakt 2 works

I'm fairly new to trying to score music in Finale using Garrison Personal Orchestra through Kontakt 2.

I only recently discovered how to correctly assign instruments in scores.

I can control volume for the entire piece, instrument by instrument, but I do not know how to make dynamic changes within a piece for individual parts or the whole score.

I also need to know how to assign diminuendos in this format.

As I mentioned in another post, you must have Human Playback turned on for the dynamics to playback, whether or not you are using VST sounds.

Finale primarily considers itself to be a visual tool, but in the last few years has concentrated much more on the playback aspects.
