Amplitude, not velocity, in Finale 2007c?

I have a problem with output (gain) with my Finale 2007c. I'm using a PC with Windoz XP.

With either of the Garritan instrument libraries available to me I can easily overload the output when saving as an audio file. But when I do the same while using EWQLSO the amplitude is extremely low both in playback and when saved as an audio file. I had to raise the level in a saved file by 24db using Sony Soundforge to bring it up to "normal" level.

It's clear to me the problem I'm having is with output from EWQLSO. Does anyone out there have experience with this library in Finale? I can't locate a master gain control while tweaking the library files. Of course, while using this library Finale crashes at the blink of an eye.
