Hyperscribe - transposing instruments?

Hi all!

I'm having a problem inputting orchestra parts via hyperscribe that are in the instrument key.

Example....

I have a piece in Bb concert, the piano part correctly entered from my MIDI controller in Bb. I have the trumpet book, which is pitched in C for trumpet. I have the proper trumpet staff set up so it's transposition is for a Bb instrument. The physical music I have is in C for the trumpet (Bb flat concert), but when I enter it via hyperscribe, it plays it in the MIDI key and not the staff key? Help????
