Importation of .mid files

Hie,
there is a long time I didn't post on the forum since I had no problem on finale... Unfortunately, here we are...
Through the link bellow, you will find tow .mid files that I can't import correctly on finale (finale2006), neither percussion with the "percussion map", neither instuments staves...

I think it wants me to fill out a form for some reason, but I don't speak French enough to know what it is asking.

I got the first link to work today. (Really, it didn't work yesterday). I can't get them to import into Finale quite properly either. Try clicking on the option "Cannels become staves". It opened that wy for me but the percussion staves seemed to remain Channel 1. Change the bottom two staves to Channel 10 and it gets better. IThe result is still a bit messed up, but yopu can probably fiddle after that. Try changing each staff to its own channel.
