Hi,
I haven't needed to mess around with percussion maps for a while but had to deal with them yesterday because the notation on some of my playback percussion staves is all over the place.
I have Garritan PO & GJBB and I'm sure that at one stage I had percussion maps for "All Drums" & "All Gourds" in the Percussion Midi Maps Editor (see atttached png's).
Right now only " Garritan Instruments for Finale" shows up under "Device:"
How do I get the PO & GJBB to show in that pull down menu.
And also:
I also have Battery 3, Toontrack Drums & Stylus RMX.
Is it possible to use those with Finale 10 and have them show up in the Percussion Midi Maps Editor?
Thanks for any help, much appreciated.
George

For GJBB you need to have a file to add to your Finale directory, depending on your version of GJBB. Go to the Garritan site and snoop around. I don't remember the name of the file, Sorry.

Thanks Warren,
I remember now, I've had to do this once before.
It is easy to forget to copy these files into a new version of Finale.
