multiple voiced chords not entering into Finale 2010

I recently purchased a MacBookPro and installed my copy of Finale. when I play multi-voiced chords into Finale, all the notes are not displaying in the document. I've called Finale, and Yamaha and got... "There's nothing else we can do." I've re-installed the software many times. gotten all the updates. the keyboard is a YPG-635 and I'm using Finale 2010b. I'm so frustrated. Can anyone help.
