When is Finale going to enter the 21st century?

Is it me or are the MIDI editing features incredibly retarded?

I don't find the MIDI editing great - but it is better than some I've used. Then again, remember Finale is primarly for producing very high results for PRINTED music. As such I find the MIDI features good with the odd bug here and there. I just use the score to 'edit' the MIDI and then simply save it as a MIDI file! Works for me! 8)

The printing in Finale is very good but if you want to send it to a sequencer to use different sounds, don't count on Finale to to give you proper playback. I get too many dropouts and distortion on playback, even though all looks fine for print.
