Finale 07 crashing new Mac

Hi. I'm new to this forum but I've been using Finale since 1991. Who cares right?

Anyway, I'm using a dual 2.3 G5 and Finale 07 worked great until about 2 weeks ago, then it stopped and now just crashes when it gets through the AU validation process. Finale support didn't recognize it as their problem, but every other program I use (Logic, all the i-programs, Bias Peak) work just fine. I think it started when I loaded MOTU's Ethno on, but my exact setup at work doesn't have the same problem. Here are the steps I've taken:

Repaired disk permissions
Zapped P-RAM
Run a Hardware check (no errors)
re-installed Finale 07

Any other ideas/similar problems out there?
