Finale 2010 Playback Glitching

Hello,
I have Finale 2010, and have just upgraded the system thinking it might improve sound glitching on playback of VST instruments but doesnt seem to be any improvement at all.
VST, used
KONTAKT
Play (EastWest)
ARIA
New system is AMD FX 6100 3.3 6 Core, 16GB 1600MHZ DDR3, M-Audio Audiophile 2496 Windows 7 Home Premium 64Bit
Checked for viruses etc, new install anyway.
Playback glitches a lot even on a few instruments, have tried using the M-Audio ASIO but only works from one Channel? and still glitches a bit, Used ASIO4ALL V2.10
Used Ableton Live, seems no problem with that
