Welcome to the forum!
It Would Be Nice to know the steps you've already taken, so that we can rule out things.
Assuming that you have not yet taken any steps at all, some suggestions:
1) Quit Finale 2011.
Trash the file "Finale 2011 Preferences".
Launch Finale 2011 again.
2) If step 1) does not fix the problem, create (as a test) a new user account, and launch Finale there.
If you don't experience Finale crashes in the new user account, then there is reason to suspect, that the culprit is something in the old user account.
3) Perhaps the crashes are isolated to a single document (or several specific documents)?
Create a new document, and check whether you experience crashes in this new document.
