Mac 10.6
Latest version of Finale

How do I set up a midi keyboard in Finale?? a few questions.

1. The keyboard is immediately recognized in logic pro... I never needed to install any drives etc.

2 Can I use the keyboard to hear/play an instrument yet not have it enter notes or to scroll through the score?

Thanks

1. Go here: http://makemusic.custhelp.com/app/answers/list and enter MIDI keyboard in the search field

2. Yes, in Speedy Entry mode

Hi,

I just figured it out.
Also, I couldn't get it with speedy but I selected a bar with hyper then pressed stop and then it would work.

Glad you got it. I don't use it, so I couldn't give you any specific answers.
