Sibelius Forum Help

Hi, i wasnt really sure where to put this. This is about the sibelius forum. i figured maybe the two forums would be together since at the top of the webpage it says Finale, so i thought i'd come here to ask my question.

it won't let me register for the sibelius forum. i've tried on several different computers. are the servers down or something?
