Help Finale 2012c

From the application Finale2012C clicking Help I'm getting an empty screen.
Somebody a solution?

In the
Preferences - Folders
Is the option “Use Online Help When Available” selected or de-selected?

When selected, Finale will use your internet connection to go to the (always updated) user manual on MakeMusic’s web site.

When de-selected, Finale will go to the (not updated) user manual that came with the Finale installation.

Thanks, Peter!

It's selected (I think it's by default) but it does'nt do anything but a blank page (no errors, tho).

OK, the option “Use Online Help When Available” is selected.

Is your computer connected to the Internet?

Does your computer have a selected default web browser (e. g. Firefox)?

Peter, all "yes".
It's e.g. perfectly connecting to Finale Website (from the Help Menu)

Puzzled ...

Indeed this is puzzling.

I have only one more idea:

Go to MakeMusic’s web site, and ask the folks at Tech Support for help.
