I messed up..

I am not sure what I did exactly but when trying to change my sound files I ended up making it so no sounds are playing back. The mixer is showing that sounds are being played (volume bar is moving with music) But nothing is playing back. On my instrument list everything is screwed... Also when I create a new piece with different instruments, The same problem is happening.. Please help.
